Named in honor of Joseph-Arthur Godin, the architect behind one of the country’s first residential concrete buildings, which houses HOTEL10, the JAG room is nestled in the late BLVD 44, the nightclub that kept people dancing for over a decade on Saint-Laurent Boulevard.
Located within HOTEL10, BLVD 44 has long been a favorite spot for night owls, who like to go there for its location and popularity. With its three distinct sections offering unique ambiances and themes, and its mezzanine, the place has hosted some magnificent and memorable evenings… and will continue to do so through its new vocation.
When BLVD 44 closes in autumn 2023, HOTEL10 has decided to take up the reins and convert this magnificent venue into an event space. After all, as well as being spectacular and bright, it can be accessed directly from the hotel or via a separate entrance on boulevard Saint-Laurent, the best of both worlds.
After months of renovation and deliberation – since everything was redone from floor to ceiling – we decided that the décor of the JAG room would be neutral to allow guests to add their own personal touch according to their events, thus allowing for a versatile and practical space as well as different configurations.Accommodating up to 150 people in cocktail formula, the JAG room is a new option for all your event needs at HOTEL10.
The long bar can be used for several functions, as can the mezzanine. The large, 14-foot-high windows provide abundant natural light, and its own private terrace in season is sure to be popular in fine weather.
For the moment, only the bathrooms hint at a certain “theme”, a concept dear to HOTEL10, a place brimming with creativity and offering several themed suites, in honor of our neighbors across the street, the 7 Doigts circus.
Inaugurated in August 2024, the brand-new JAG room features: a private entrance, a seasonal terrace, a mezzanine, a checkroom and private bathrooms, and much more!
