As the Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer at Tidan, Frank Vela is responsible for Tidan’s global financial operations, leveraging his expertise in property financing and valuation. Committed to Tidan since 2003, Frank Vela exemplifies leadership, strategic thinking, and operational excellence.

Frank also leads Tidan’s investment management. As such, he collaborates with the co-founders to not only implement Tidan’s enterprise strategy, but also to protect the company’s long-term goals.

Playing a critical role in lease review and approval within Tidan’s real estate division, Frank safeguards Tidan’s long-term goals and strategic objectives.

Beyond his financial expertise, Frank is responsible for overseeing operations in Arizona, one of Tidan’s key regions. At the same time, he manages Tidan’s insurance portfolio, ensuring the protection of Tidan’s assets and interests.

Holding a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Concordia University, with a Major in Accounting and a Minor in Managerial Law, his qualifications underscore his deep understanding of financial and legal management.
