With over two decades of service at Tidan, Phil Guerin serves as the Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer. As a key member of Tidan’s leadership team, Phil oversees a wide range of critical functions, including financial management, IT, and HR. In his role as COO, he is responsible for accounting, auditing, budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and tax planning. Phil collaborates closely with Mike and Jack to develop and execute strategic plans, ensuring that Tidan remains at the forefront of technological innovation while delivering a unique customer experience.

Beyond his business leadership, Phil also heads Tidan’s Human Resources and Payroll departments, providing support to team members and listening to the needs of Tidan’s Hotel General Managers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. Phil’s leadership style, grounded in teamwork, collaboration, and effective communication, exemplifies the values that have transformed Tidan into the industry titan it is today.
