Leading a team of legal professionals, Serge plans, organizes, and coordinates all activities related to Tidan’s legal affairs. His expertise guides Tidan through complex legal landscapes, allowing for informed decisions that protect the company’s interests.

A member of the Quebec Bar, Serge moreover holds the distinguished titles of Trademark Agent and Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), reflecting his versatility in addressing various organizational needs.
